A99/166 SENIOR TUTOR IN MUSIC

This position is for a fixed term of up to two years beginning from
Preference will be given to applicants who can demonstrate teaching
experience and a research background in a combination of acoustic
composition and orchestration, MIDI based computer systems, and computer
music realisation. Candidates should also indicate any expertise in
musicology, film music, musicianship training, aesthetics, and performance.
Applicants should hold a doctorate or made substantial progress towards
one. Demonstrated teaching ability and experience at undergraduate level
is essential. The ability to lead a graduate course is preferred. A
significant record of publication and/or composition is expected.
The current salary range for Senior Tutors is $40,926 - $58,400 per annum.
