Hi ya.

I am looking at the entry form for the 1999 ASCAP/SEAMUS Student Commission
Competition, and wondering about the entry eligibility. On the form (as well
as being a student studying ea) it says:

I am (circle one):

(a) a student member of SEAMUS
(b) a citizen of the United States
(c) a legal resident of the United States

The form leads me to believe that 'b' and 'c' do not apply if I am 'a'. Is
this correct?

Ian
