THE UNIVERSITY OF NORTH CAROLINA AT GREENSBORO - Recording
Engineer. UNC at Greensboro has an opening beginning as soon as
possible for a recording engineer. The ability to produce
broadcast-quality recordings to the satisfaction of
artist-faculty in the School of Music and ability/willingness to
adapt schedule to accommodate recording of evening and weekend
performances is required. Must tape or supervise the taping of
concerts; train and schedule student recording staff; advise on
acquisition/replacement of, and perform preventive
maintenance/light repair work upon, audio equipment; maintain
tape and parts inventory. Preferred qualifications include
graduation from a two-year course in audio recording/engineering
and one year of related experience or an equivalent combination
of education and experience. Deadline for applications: March
