I don't think there is an object specifically for parameteric eq but you
could do it by combining some of the following:

filtergraph~
cascade~
biquad~
reson~
onepole~

Be sure to check out the filtergraph~ help file.

There is also (I believe) a patch that does parametric eq in the examples
folder.
