There are two terms, spectrogram

and sonogram

which have sometimes been used as 'equivalent' in the field of ea,

partly from software terminology, and possibly from Roads CMT, and
the EARS definition.

A sonogram, sonograph, or spectrogram is a well-known spectrum
display technique in speech research, having been used for decades to
analyze utterances. A sonogram shows an overview of the spectrum of
several seconds of sound.

I have prefered to use the term sonogram to mean any pictoral or
graphic representation of, or made by sound, with spectrogram being a
special case.
