Well, I think of it as theft of someone's time, and time is money
(WTO, IMF etc.).
The simplest case; You get a loan to take time out from work to write
a piece of software. You finish it. You distribute it. I copy it and
give it to my friends or upload it anonymously to anywhere.
You're screwed and the bank gets your car.
No one gets the upgrades.
