Ah, I just realized that a multi-touch monitor would be useless as the
operating system of computers do not natively support multiple mouses.

Still, I found two sites which sell CRT and Laptop monitor touchscreen
overlays with USB and support for Windows, Mac, and Linux.

This technology is so cheap, it makes me wonder why A. it is not
extremely popular and B. it is not included as a native add-on for
laptops.
