midi challenge

here's a really detail-oriented question for you serious gearheads:-)
I'm using built-in midi on my G4 in OS X.3 for a general midi file that
I downloaded off the web. I'm adding it to a cut-up collage I'm making
of various pop tunes. (This is a current device I'm fond of, and I'm
constructing a piece about anorexia with songs from Karen Carpenter,
the Olsen twins and Whitney Houston).
Anyway, I used my favourite trick of dropping the midi file into a
sequencer (DP) to learn that it is constructed with 10 tracks of midi
That's all great, except the built-in midi existing in OS X.3 has
rather crappy drum sounds. I'm enjoying the sparseness of not being
hooked up to an external midi device, and no other programs. (I could
make a reason slave and get amazing beats, I know). But I'm wondering
if there are other midi drum sounds that I could perhaps download and
use in my DP file.
I know that there are 1200 other ways to do what I'm doing, but I would
like to use the most concise methods possible.

Any thoughts?
thanks in advance,
