i agree completely. i used to switch editing programs
just so that i had to search for certain processes so
that i wasn't doing things by rote. also, even though
most people said i was crazy, i swear i could hear
'soundforge' in all of my works after using that
program for a couple of years...switching software
tools seemed to break that up a bit.
