As a person of biracial ancestry who has taken undergraduate level EA
courses in the U.S., I appreciate Ms. Seltzer's comments, and hope
that she will continue to post here on the aforementioned issues in
EA. Posts/dialogue focusing on inclusivity/exclusivity and
institutional hierarchies are critical to my personal and professional
understanding of EA in academia and elsewhere.
