It's wonderful, they have John George Diefenbaker on the front page!

He is notable in the history of electroacoustics in Canada, for in
1956, while he was leader of the opposition, the Conservative Party
of Canada questioned why the National Research Council of Canada had
an "ElMus Lab", and why was taxpayers' money being used to support
the creation of "electronic music". This is where Hugh Le Caine had
composed Dripsody.

Forward looking was a term seldom applied to "Dief the Chief" as he was known.
