I use the OKMs with an HHB minidisc recorder and the OKM
preamp. The OKM has a -20dB cutoff option and the HHB also
has a variety of attenuation settings. If the Edirol or
Marrantz has these it will take some practice to figure out
the best combinations. My only complaint when using the OKMs
outdoors is their sensitivity to wind. Anyone have ideas
about wind shields for binaural mics that won't mess up the
directional information? A head zepplin?
