Subject: phono to line box

Do they sell small portable simple phono to line boxes? which one? where?
how much? I was thinking feeding my turntable phono signals directly to
effects unit (including guitar pedal effects) and then into the turntable
mixer via line in. Reason why I want small and portable is because I use my
turntables like guitars and I do live stuff. I phono amp is too big or at
leasy what I have seen.

I appreicate any information.

Cheers,

Mauricio

Subject: Guess the music puzzle!

Will an acoustic music person or electroacoustic music person guess the
music puzzle on my web site???
It's soo easy with the 40 second excerpt from Puzzle I.

Before, I had a 10 second fragment (Ballet dancers have guessed the sound
in 10 seconds!)

Go to my web site, Home, click on puzzle place (acutally on my low speed
computer I don't get much sound,) so I go to the Music fragment section,
click on Puzzle I and do hear the 40 second excerpt.

Who will be the first person to win!!!!!
