incidentally, among professional singers there is still criticism of the
big name cathedrals.
Wells and Winchester rank among the highest - at least, when i left the
interestingly St. Pauls in London is known for training the boys to
scream high notes instead of proper breath support.
i havent visited salisbury myself not have i asked about the reputation,
but its possible... especially in recordings of rehearsal....
