No, it's the origin of the strobe light effect. There was research in
the 50's or 60's about
the effect of various frequencies used in some neurological examination
involving strobing effects.

which Wm burroughs devoted hiomself to getting high on. Since I think
music has a related orgin in the brain,
you're in an excellent position to study the possivilities of the next
groundbreaking music that evokes altered
