i was going to get you for that one, being from texas
(though i probably would have made the same joke
myself ;))

and i agree with you 100% jean.

and although i don't agree at all with miriam, it's
something to realize that because of the advances of
the past 30 years that she can have her world and we
can have ours.

i, myself, would hate to lose the quality of
relationships (dating/friendship/profesional) that
equal rights (for women and minorities) have allowed
and think that my life would suffer greatly for the
loss (both as a 'man' and as a person.)

ps...if anyone disagrees with this, i'll back it up
with fisto'cuffs, you know, like a real man :)
