Obviously OSX users have no worries, but there are tweaks for OSX you might want check out!
 
But for us the majority, Windows XP unfortunately, needs tweaking, but after doing so, it runs better than not tweaking it and its worth it. :)

but OSX is perfect of course ;-)

I find osxfaq.com has good lists of tips on all matters osx, but don't
know about 'audio' ones specifically. Any particular problem?
