Don't convert - the results will be unsatisfactory. Go back to your
original project and re-render to MPEG. It will take lots of time (as your
original rendering probably did), but it will give good results. Vegas
should do that easily for you. Then add titles, etc., with the DVD
authoring software and burn the DVD.
