I've heard that there is a list for discussing multi-channel sound. Other than
that, I have no details. Does this sound familiar to anyone?

I also have a question. In multi-channel situations, there is the problem of
the
sweet spot being smaller than the seating area. Can anyone point me to any
previous research that is aimed at widening/optimizing the size of the
sweet-spot? Technical/scientific research papers would be ideal, but any
information you could share would be helpful. Have any of you had success in
offsetting this problem by reorganizing array geometry, studying room
acoustics,
implementing delay lines, etc?

Thank you.
