  About Tone Deaf
Tone Deaf is produced by Modern Fuel Artist-Run Centre with funding 
  from the Music in Alternative Spaces program of the Canada Council. 
  This year Modern Fuel is partnered by the Agnes Etherington Art
  which has provided additional funding and is hosting the final evening 
  of the festival. Tone Deaf was initiated and curated in 2002 and 2003 
  by Craig Leonard. This year's festival is curated by Matt Rogalsky.
