heh, had i been awake i'd have chipped in - maybe still will if you're
interested in 'affect' - the emotional effect of different keys, which
only really happens in undadjusted, mean-tone temperaments. try G# in
Werckmeister III for an example. i used to have to (try to) tune these
when playing harpsichord - usually just ended up twanging broken strings
in my face.
