2002, 2003 Conferences, Johns Hopkins:

I organized these conferences with the help of advice from Ted Kinnaman (George Mason), Riccardo Pozzo (Verona, Catholic University of America), and two philosophers from Hopkins, who prefer to remain a pair of invisible hands behind the scene.
