Are you interested
in joining the team?
Prospective athletes should be capable of:
- running
continuously for a minimum of 30min (Females) or 45min (Males)
on a regular basis.
- one long run
a week of 50min (Females) or 60min (Males).
- running a minimum of 5-6 days a week (2 easy days, 1 long day,
2 workouts, 0-1 races), plus 1-2 cross-training sessions.
- doing 2 to 3 quality
workout sessions (intervals & hills) a week.
- to race on a bi-weekly
basis from the 2nd to 10th week of the term.
- excellent time management.
- having fun
while they run!
