Thanks.
A starting place.
You may notice that while she goes to great lengths to cite other's
definitions of analysis, she neither defines nor delimits
"electroacoustic" or "music".
Her paper represents some of the issues surrounding the topic of:
ANALYSIS AND ANALYSES OF ELECTROACOUSTIC MUSIC
as she too fails to even start to describe two-thirds of the question.
As she finds out (but doesn't state explicitly), neither the "sound
object", nor "spectromorphology" seems capable of being independently
verifiable or extendable by people other than the author himself.
It is reported that (even) Smalley himself has moved away from the
idea of spectromorphology.
