Couldn't agree more. I am not really talking about financial return however,
more about having a tangible product in ones CD player.

Which is precisely what PIII is for. I would draw the line at
freeing up other CDs especially as
distributors, manufacturers, licensers need to make money from
artists as well. In addition,
giving away the product encourages a freedom to copy and play without
permission or
without filing performance details with copyright organisations.
