i think it would be kind of hard to remember to write them all...
but perhaps should be encouraged instead of automatically rejecting -
at present we dont have an FAQ (yeah ok thrash you probably dont give an
faq either hehe ;-) so it would be kind of hard for new members, they'd
end up with all their posts being rejected and not knowing why....

but yeah, in principle its a good idea, then we can filter stuff...
i'd find it handy as i'm subscribed to about 4 lists at the moment,
filtering through 200+ messages a day is tricky !
