You might want to look at some scores which are almost
proto-electroacoustic - not EA transcriptions but
conceived in a similar way; these go all the way back
to the 3rd of Schoenberg's 5 orchestral pieces op 16
and then you've got the obvious examples by Ligeti et
al. Richard Barrett's orchestral piece Vanity is an
extraordinary example of the kind of textures and
sonorities you get in granular-type EA with some
instances of a kind of spectromorphology as well, and
some of his smaller scale pieces also seem to weave
this kind of effect.
