Hmmm .... I thought we got this cleared up about 17 years ago when the
CMC acknowldeged that it didn't represent "all Canadian concert music",
rather the works of its associate members. (I have this on tape somewhere.)
If the CEC is not in any way inferior, I would (by my simple logic) take
it that the CEC is therefore "equal", and different. (Love that
psycholinguistic word "just" ... it says _so_ much to me.
