Off the top of my head, I immediately thought of Jérôme Noetinger's
"Gloire àŠ". If I remember correctly it uses many samples of George Bush
Senior during the Gulf War as well as media samples. A very critical work
and most interesting. This is out on the Cinéma pour l'Oreille label.
