Thank you Vickie for your detailed response.
Unfortunately, as my former email address in the Visto corp. was closed with
almost no prior notice, I did loose postings of the ICMA list sent between
Dec.
22 and January 1.

Could you forward the ICMC-2002 posting to the cecdiscuss? I think other
subscribers will welcome it as well. Besides, Dennis Miller's posting could
also
be forwarded to the cecdiscuss (I also missed Dennis posting).

My suggestion regarding any complain, suggestion or whatever about the ICMA
is to send them to the brand-new elected At-Large-Director and member of the
Board Jon Appleton. I am sure Jon will listen to all comments, complaints
or
suggestions about the ICMA. When he was a candidate, he had a very
intelligent
statement on what the ICMA should be in these days and its re-definition.

Anyway, my experience with Mary Simoni as President of the ICMA was always
positive, she responded my messages all times.
