I'm not willing to discuss car driving behavior here, but there should
nevertheless be a (verifiable) relation between (ir)responsible conduct
and accident frequency in this matter, that yet relates not directly to
the non-renewability of the fuel used ...
While video art is a legitimate art form, even thematizing lung cancer
(the "artistic" aspect of which might be discussible -- there are but
artists that like displaying their own suffering for art purpose), it is
however not for smoking but for art creation that the "Dumaurier Arts
Grant" is donated ...
