Well, if it wasn't just Linda who has been writing this I'd been
considering it a hoax ...
As for my modest person, however, I can only report that female
"colleagues" in general don't behave any better ...
And as to "Women's Rights is not a small issue anywhere", with special
regard to Afghanistan, and apart from the fact that this pseudo-petition
has been going the rounds already several times, it might however be
worth mentioning that the present situation there isn't really one of
gender-equaled opportunities ... At least concerning :

[neither without haze/mesh etc. in order to not drawing attention,
