The annual Inventionen festival in Berlin is consistent with a large
scale diffusion concert as heard in Paris and Montreal.
Last year there were many 'tape pieces' performed over a huge sound system to
interested and informed audiences.
It transpired that the ICMC was also in Berlin last year. It seems that
the 'scene' for 'electroacoustic music' in (some regions of) Germany is
quite strong.
