The November 1988 issue (Ed. S. McAdams) of Contemporary Music Review:
'Music and Psychology: A Mutual Regard' has an article by her on
compositional processes, including Verblendungen.

I'm currently doing some work on the analysis of 'mixed' electroacoustic
music (instruments/orchestra plus tape), more particularly looking at
Kaija
Saariaho's "Verblendungen". Does anybody have any references to papers
