Ha!! That's true Mathieu... Thank you for your comment.

In your example, no constraints were given. Especially in a human being,
that causes confusion and questions about your request. I would imagine
that if you said, "Name a number between 50 and 100." You would get a
faster response. The same with "Give me a stream of numbers ranging
between 0 and 99."

Other than the speed of the response, a human brain's response to such a
question would be as "random" as a computer's or a series of thrown dice.
