baby = to what age? lots of children in ea pieces...

one thing you will really have problems finding
is a recording of vagitus, the first cry a baby
makes once outside the womb, using its lungs for
the first time.

however, we managed to track one down... it
appears (twice) delicately nestled deep within
the sonic embrace of the electroacoustic lullaby
"breathe" (composed by me + joão pais in 2003),
as per the "stage directions" in beckett's
theatre piece "breath" (full text can be found
